About Us
Astrolabe Institute, founded in 2019, is a homeschool enrichment program that values the strong academic foundation provided by traditional education. Core subjects such as math, reading, writing, science, and history remain essential, but as the world evolves through technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, and global change, education must grow alongside it.
Astrolabe was founded to help bridge that gap. We believe students need more than memorized information; they need the ability to think critically, ask strong questions, solve problems, communicate clearly, and apply what they learn in meaningful ways.
Through project-based learning, hands-on activities, labs, discussions, and real-world connections, students are encouraged to move beyond simply sitting in a classroom and absorbing information. Instead, they learn by doing, creating, exploring, and applying knowledge across subjects.
As future careers continue to shift and new industries emerge, students will need adaptability, creativity, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset. At Astrolabe, we prepare students not just for exams, but for life.

Small group focused
Every class stays under 12 students. Instructors know every student by name, notice when something is off, and adjust accordingly.
Ability-Based Learning
Students are grouped and supported based on readiness, skill level, and confidence, not just age so every child can be challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow. This allows students to strengthen foundational skills while also being challenged beyond their age when they are ready for more.
